Anger management (adult):
Anger management groups offer intervention for individuals who have encountered problems at home or with the law as a result of their anger. The anger management group consists of an individual intake appointment and 11 group sessions. The concepts, skills, and issues participants have the opportunity to develop through the program include:- Conflict resolution
- Accepting Responsibility
- Improving problem-solving skills
- Improving communication skills
- Setting priorities
- Reaching goals
- Developing a partnership
- Self-discipline
- Respect
The group is currently offered on Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
